Bank of young talent is primed and ready to go

RWP Training Limited maintains a bank of highly motivated and enthusiastic young people aged 16 to18, all of whom have been through an initial assessment and Interview process and are all waiting to secure work placements in their chosen occupation.
They are eager to get started in the following careers: Business Administration, Childcare, Customer Service, Hairdressing, Teaching Assistants and Youth Work.
Once the young person has been through our interview process, we create a short personalised profile which we forward to interested employers. From these profiles, the employer would then choose suitable candidates to interview for the post. Once appointed, the apprentice must be paid £95.00 per week (the minimum apprenticeship wage).
The apprentice will then be visited every three to four weeks in the workplace by our assessor and will also attend RWP once a fortnight for off-the-job training.
They will have reviews with the employer and a member of our staff every 10 weeks to review progress and discuss training needs for the following 10 weeks.
If you are considering taking on an additional member of staff, why not consider an apprentice and give a young person a step onto the career ladder. If you are a young person interested in starting an apprenticeship, apply today.
